About Us

My photo
We work as ecotourism guides (as well as biologist and boat captain) often on the BC Coast, but also as far ranging as the Arctic and Antarctic. We have an insatiable curiousity for the planet; all its hidden gems and what makes them tick. That and our love of sailing is what inspired us to sail around the Pacific in Narama, our tough and pretty little sailboat.

Reflections of Mexico

A short photo essay of our final few weeks in Mexico as we played and worked on the boat before putting her to bed in 35 degree heat.  Whilst Narama basks in this, we have returned to Canada to hopefully rejuvenate the cruising kitty.

Delightful to hear from you and to enjoy your picture review. Excellent photos! Yes, Canada is the place to build up that boating "Kitty"-which is what we are doing as well as visiting our kids/grandkids and friends.

Please if you are ever in the Comox area.............call.

Hopefully see you again soon. Lue & Claes and Joey of S/W WhiteShellii

Wow - you are such a motivator! Where did you get the idea for the cool map - I need to do that! What are you doing to renew your kitty?

Beautiful photos Heidi and Stephen - I love following your adventures! Our time is nearing an end here in Oz and we too are seeking our next adventure. Looks like we will probably end up in the UK!
